1. Booking Confirmation: All lessons must be booked in advance. A confirmation email will be sent upon receiving your booking request.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the lesson will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson will result in a full charge.

3. Weather Conditions: Lessons will be conducted unless weather or snow conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.

4. Safety Regulations: All participants must adhere to safety regulations and guidelines set forth by the ski school and the ski resort.

5. Equipment: Students are responsible for their own ski equipment. Recommendations for rental shops can be provided upon request.

6. Emergency Protocols: In case of injury, immediate action will be taken according to established emergency protocols. Participants will be informed of the procedures before starting lessons.

7. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Andrea is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

8. Respect for Others: Participants must show respect and consideration towards other skiers and instructors on the slopes.

9. Photography and Video: With prior consent, photographs or videos may be taken during lessons for promotional purposes. Participants will be informed before any such recordings are made.

FIS Code of Conduct - The 10 FIS Rules

1. Respect for Others: Always show consideration for fellow skiers and snowboarders.

2. Control of Speed and Skiing Style: Adjust your speed and style according to your ability and the conditions of the slope.

3. Choice of Line: The skier in front has the right of way. Always look ahead and make sure that your path is clear.

4. Entering and Leaving the Slope: Make sure to look up and down the slope before you enter or cross it.

5. Stopping: Do not stop in narrow areas or where you obstruct others. Always find a safe place to stop.

6. Climbing and Descending: When climbing or descending on foot, keep to the side of the slope.

7. Obey Signs and Markers: Respect all signs and warnings on the slopes.

8. Accidents: If you are involved in or witness an accident, you are required to assist.

9. Identification: Always wear an identification tag or provide your details to the authorities in case of an emergency.

10. Responsibility: Always take responsibility for your actions on the slopes.
